About Kate Kennedy

Kate’s approach to real estate can be summed up by one phrase, “I don’t consider customer service a job, but rather a way of life.”

 It is because of this mentality that Kate found herself working in real estate. After years working in restaurant management, she wanted to use her natural ability of helping people and handling stressful situations for something greater. And what’s greater than helping people find a place to call their own?

 Since she first got started in the business, Kate’s determined that while there are plenty of things to love about this role, her favorite thing has to be watching her clients enjoy their home after the purchase is complete. It is then she can see how they’ve grow into it and made it their own. Kate believe everyone deserves the chance to move up in the world and become a homeowner, and she loves having the opportunity to help them do that.

 When Kate isn’t helping her clients, you can find her taking care of her two sons, Aidan and Cameron. She also loves to garden and go hiking whenever she has the chance.
